Deep Fried Tequila Shots
Ingredients:
Sponge Cake/Angel Food Cake
Tequila
Oil for Frying (Canola Oil)
Instructions:
Just cube up the cake into small squares
Dip the cube quickly into the tequila (Keep in mind, the longer the dip the stronger it will be)
Gently place them into a pot of 2”oil
Fry them up till they are golden on all sides
Let them cool off on a paper towel
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
p.s. You can use ANY liquor you like, it is all good!
